Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All returns are free, and no return authorization is required.

Return Eligibility

• Incorrect Products: If you received an incorrect item, there’s no need to return it. We’ll ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. You are free to dispose of or use the incorrect item for research purposes.
• Unsatisfactory Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason—even if the product is opened or used—you can choose between a full refund or a free exchange.
• Missing Products: If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll ship out the missing items at no additional cost.
• Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us with photos of the damaged items within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned items, a refund or exchange will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically reflect on your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds may take longer to process during high-demand periods, such as holidays.

Additionally, refunds for purchases made using cryptocurrency will be refunded at the current dollar value of the cryptocurrency, and sent to a wallet of your choosing, provided by you when the refund is arranged.

Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange, simply let us know. Even if the product is opened or used, we’re happy to provide an exchange, subject to product availability.
